NEW JERSEY – January 2, 2026 – Alean F. Elston has been officially appointed as Classic Miss New Jersey 2026. She will represent the state of New Jersey in the Classic Miss division in the national competition taking place in September 2026.

Miss United Crown of America is a national pageant platform that recognizes individuals for their leadership, confidence, and commitment to personal growth and impact. As part of the 2026 class of titleholders, Elston joins a national movement that honors modern pageantry and community-driven purpose.

A Modern Vision of Freedom

A graduate of William Paterson University of NJ, Alean has called the Garden State home for most of her life. Her platform, The Freedom Way Initiative, was born from a moment of reflection overlooking the Statue of Liberty on Freedom Way in Jersey City, the city that served as a final station on the Underground Railroad and the location of a pivotal point in her life.

“While history is not always a comfortable subject, it serves as a powerful catalyst for change,” says Alean. “Standing on ground that symbolizes the hard-fought journey to liberty reminded me that for many women today, the new frontier of independence is economic. My initiative is dedicated to guiding women toward professional and financial freedom.”

The Road to Nationals

Delegates from all 50 states, regions, and territories will compete in the national pageant in September 2026, representing their states with pride, professionalism, and personal vision. Alean intends to use her reign to bridge the gap between honoring our past and navigating a more empowered economic future for women.
